We consider each employee as family...that's why camping works for us as family, togetherness and simplifying one's life is what we are about. We want to offer a lifestyle and memories you can bring with you throughout life.
We have made a comittment to practice and foster responsible business practices. We are heavily involved in a recycling of all our crates, aluminum etc... virtually anything that can be recycled is. Here in Sherburne county none of that is Free so we pay handsomely to help out where we can. We will continue our efforts everywhere we can.
We also maintain the practice of being responsible to our employees. We arrange for all of our salespeople and service advisors to be factory trained. Most have been trained multiple times at several different RV factories. You will notice the difference when you have your scheduled maintenance or warranty work done here.
We added a state of the art service and sales computer and software system so we can be the best at meeting the needs of our customers. We make it a point to nurture our relationship with our customers and we are very proud of our record for "Service After The Sale".
Our belief is that we can be state of the art while still giving people that "down home" feel. When walking into the dealership the customer is invited to have a seat and a cup of coffee in our "living room." Our goal is to make everybody feel good.
My personal hope is to help people to continue to experience the RV lifestyle for years to come and ultimately realize their dreams of great family memories.
I grew up in northen Minnesota in Roseau…home of hockey, snowmobiles and cold. Growing up our family always owned an RV. I remember in the very early days having a Superior motorhome that looked like a tank, then the Honey class C minihomes and onto a bunkhouse Tioga Class C minihome.
Looking back I sure did like the bunks. My best memory growing up is when the family would hit the road with the RV. Those were the times that the family felt together. Having Dad around at those times was a bonus and Mom's smile was priceless.
Having those memories have driven my passion for more families to enter into the RV lifestyle. Contributing to those memories is what I am all about. I love to travel. When an opportunity arises to go any where in this lovely world I go!
RV travel is by far the most relaxing. To bring home with you is the way to go. When I am not involved in the day to day business at Quality RV I either hit the road or the air to a new travel destination. I also enjoy my home and family during the winter months at my home in San Diego California.
I am blessed to have the best of both worlds. Beautiful MN springs, summers and falls and gorgeous California winters. I hope to help people to continue to experience the RV lifestyle for years to come and ultimately realize their dreams of great family memories.
