Marion is our Service Manager
I joined the Quality RV team in April of 2007 when they welcomed me to the Service & Parts department.
There I enjoyed my very first RV season, meeting a lot of new friends. I began visiting each of our manufacturers' plants in an on-going effort to maintain a level of knowledge that can be passed on as expertise to our customers.
My prior experience includes 27 years in GM auto dealerships. I began as a service consultant, working the service drive aisle, eventually being promoted into the position of Warranty Administrator, and finally to the Service Manager of a multiple line service facility.
My solid background in warranty administration has made for a smooth transition into the world of recreational vehicle warranties.
Please feel free to contact me with any service, parts, or warranty concerns you may have.
My first RV travel experience was in 1987, when my then soon-to-be husband and I decided to be married in the mountains of Colorado.
We planned a trip with a large group of friends to spend a week in Colorado with the Mile-High Jeep Club, at an event called "All-4-Fun."
We had a great trip to Colorado, and arrived very late at night in a small mountain town called Empire. We camped under the stars, and awoke the next morning to the extreme beauty of this mountain region.
We were amongst friends, old and new, and campers as far as you could see. We played in our Jeeps by day, and enjoyed the camaraderie of campfires by night.
We were married that week, high up in those mountains, surrounded by great friends, doing what we love to do, camping. The engraving of the words "All-4-Fun" can still be found on the inside of our wedding bands. Traveling by RV is a great way to make new memories.
Another RV travel experience took us to the South Dakota Badlands area.
It was a spectacular trip, combining a 4WD off-road adventure, extended into a vacation through Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, and camping with our RV in the middle of nowhere, the Dakota Badlands.
We enjoyed nature at its finest, and the exceptional beauty and solitude of the Badlands. Yet another great camping memory.
I have done a lot of RV travel throughout the years. It has encompassed many different states, and yet closest to my heart is camping along the Minnesota north shore, and Boundary Waters Canoe areas. In my opinion we host the best reason to own an RV, right here in Minnesota.
