All models are 12'8".
2. When I look for a new 5th wheel what can I count on to pull as far as weight goes that my truck will handle?
The dry weight is the most important part when shopping to pull. The gross weight is the weight of the unit loaded. Most people will put between 500 to 1000 lbs in the RV.
3. What are the gallons that the holding tanks will hold?
It depends on which model you buy. You can check your specks for what model you choose. The average is with Select Suites are Fresh Water 70 gallons, Grays water is 50 gallons and Black water is also 50 gallons.
4. What insulation is used in Select Suites?
Regular house hold fiber glass is used. The roof is R23, the walls are R13 and the floor is R27.
5. How may gallons will the hot water heater hold?
It is 12 gallons with Gas and Electric DSI with fast recovery.
6. The Axle size is?
All the Selects have 7000 lbs tandem axles except for the 38RD4 which is 8000lbs.
7. What is the top of the line?
We have 3 lines with Doubletree. The entry level is Select Suites, then the Mobile Suites and the top of the line is the Elite Suites. With MSRP's starting around $75000.00 and up.
8. Is this a four season coach?
Yes it is with a heated underbelly and 3¼ inch walls, one of the best in the industry.
9. What are the wood selections in the select?
Cherry has been the only wood that this unit came with but, now they offer oak as well. Both are woods are very beautiful. Maple is also available in the other lines.
10. Can we get a second air conditioner?
Yes you can and we recommend a low profile with a 13500 BTU or the 15000 BTU. You may want to stay in your coach to see if it is needed. With vented roof now and the insulation factor you may not need it.
